Ian & Darren welcome you to our small licensed guest house with a friendly ambient atmosphere. We pride ourselves with our freshly cooked full English breakfast. This includes a choice of boxed cereal, orange or grapefruitjuice, the "full works" cooked breakfast, toast and preserves, complimented with tea and coffee.
All of our bedrooms are ensuite. Quaility with a touch of luxury. Each room has its own controlled central heating, colour TV, soap and towels. Beverage making facilities are provided, 24hr hot water, ash trays for our smoking guests, and your own set of keys.A short leisurely stroll of 80 mtrs or so takes you to the Blackpool Golden Mile Promenade, and our local tram stop adjacent to Barton Avenue. Our well positioned guest house is conveniently situated for all the major amenities, eg: Lonsdale Road coach & bus station, main parking area's, local markets, roadside stalls, cafe's, restaurants, and the golden sandy beaches. The Tower, Pleasure Beach, The 3 piers, and arcades are within 15 minutes from our doorstep.
We are homely,with a touch of friend ship, warmth in our welcome to you all as our guests in our home.
We do a great deal Monday to Friday for just £65.00 each for B&B. Christmas and New year bookings taken now.Book early, so not disapointed.
