Anne,John and Jennifer welcome you to The Cecil Hotel. We hope your stay with us is as lively or relaxed as you want it to be. We aim to give a little of what Blackpool is all about. Blackpool is all about fun, fair, sea and sand and a thriving nightlife to suit all ages. We are just far enough from the town centre to ensure peace and quiet for our more relaxed guests, yet within walking distance of the shops, the piers, local attractions, Blackpool Tower,theatres and all the nightlife of the Golden Mile. We cater for families, large or small groups and all types of celebration. We do not mix families, couples or groups.
8 of our rooms are ensuite, 2 rooms share ensuite facilities. Ensuites comprise: shower, wc, sink and shaving point. Most of the rooms are spacious and have two comfortable chairs and coffe table. 2 rooms have sea views (need to book early). All rooms are colour coordinated and equipped with colour TV's(Family rooms have dvd and video facilities),tea & Coffee making facilities and clock radios'. We are situated in a prime location at the north shore end of Blackpool. Adjacent to the prommenade it affords the luxury of beautiful sea views, gardens to the side and front, and rear parking on and off the premises. For our more adventurous guests, trams and buses pass at the end of the road every 20 minutes, taking you to the boating lake at St. Annes, The bustling village of Cleveleys, Fleetwood market and Freeport shopoing village.
We keep a well stocked bar at reasonable prices, we have a varied collction of 'shots' from all over Europe.Can you take 'the thermal' challenge. Our large lounge bar is the source of all our entertainment. Try your hand at Karoake or simply be entertained. Play Jengas, Quoits or roll a penny.Maybe you want to simply relax and watch the latest DVD on the big screen. You let us know how you want your holiday break to go.
We specialise in group bookings male,female or mixed. Wether you are celebrating or here on the serious business of competition. We aim to meet your needs. Breakfast is served between 9am—10am. A three course sit down meal costs as little as £6.00.Alternatively why don't you request a menu brochure on booking and we will have a hot or cold buffet ready for when you arrive. Our dining room is not just a room to eat in, it doubles as a games room for playing darts, pool, ring toss and many board games. We run our Casino nights in here; and it houses the computer where, for a small charge we can print your memorable photos, photocopy and fax.There is a music system, TV and DVD player.
Travelling north along the Promenade, the sea on your left, pass the North Pier until you reach the Hilton Hotel, Take the first right onto Warley Road and The Cecil is on the left hand corner.
