Ideally situated on Blackpool's New South Promenade with it's works of art and clean sandy beaches at the southern end of the famous Golden Mile (a must for kids of all ages), just a few minutes walk from the world famous Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle tropical swimming complex, a short tram ride to the Tower, Piers and Sea-Life Centre, the Zoo and Stanley Park a short Journey by car and an ideal place for that day trip to the Lakes (about 1 hour by car)
With car Parking for up to 25 cars within the Hotel grounds and limited unrestricted on-street parking, its relatively easy to park at The Waldorf. We have lift access to all three floors and what's more there are no stairs to negotiate when you get out of the lift! Over half our rooms have spectacular views over the Irish Sea which means during the Illuminations these also have their own light show. Chose from Double, Twin ,Family or Single rooms (no single supplement charged for a single room) or spoil yourself in one of our Four Poster rooms.
We have two well stocked cosy bars, join us in our Cabaret Bar for a fantastic family entertainment program* from our resident compare Naughty Nancy who hosts Cabaret, Bingo, Quizzes and Karaoke. Or sit, relax and watch the world go by whilst you sip with a tea, coffee or drink in our comfortable sun lounge. Ask about our special themed weekend and our Winter Warmer breaks. * Entertainment is subject to numbers.
Our spacious dining room caters for up to 100 guests. Given 24 hour notice, Paul our chef can cater for most dietry requirements. The Waldorf is ideal for that family holiday or short break
From the M55, follow the signs to Blackpool South Shore and Airport, Past the Airport and onto the sea-front. Turn Right Towards Blackpool Tower, after about half a mile you will see the worlds larges Disco Glitter Ball, take the second exit on the right into Bourne Crescent. We are located in the centre of the crescent.
